Potato “Mud” Soufflé

4 Yams, Boiled and mashed

1 Tbsp. Cornstarch

3 Tbsp. Brown Sugar

1 Doz. Marshmallows

½ Can Crushed pineapple

2 Tbsp. Milk

2 Beaten Eggs

¼ Cup McCreery Mud

Mix all ingredients together and bake in 300o oven at least ½ hour or until set. The last 10 minutes top with marshmallow. Brown and serve.
