McC-Mud Black Irish Pie

1 Chocolate graham cracker crust (ready made)

24 Large Marshmallows

Baker’s solid semi-sweet chocolate (for curls)

½ Cup cold milk

1/8 teaspoon salt

1/3 cup McCreery Mud

1 Cup whipping cream

Melt marshmallows with milk and salt in a double boiler. Cool until mixture will mound on a spoon. Stir in McCreery Mud. Best cream stiff and fold into the marshmallow mixture. Chill about 30 minutes or until mixture becomes semi-firm. Turn into crust and freeze firm. Before serving shave semi-chocolate on top of pie for elegance.
